Anna helped us buy our house in 2014. She was recommended by a friend after she helped him buy his first home. She did an amazing, patient job and with her help we found our first home. Anna is very communicative and patient, she deeply understands the market and is a fantastic negotiator. Over the 9 + years we owned our home, Anna and Amjad continued to check in as they developed the A-Team. They also helped a friend sell their home and our sister with purchasing her first home. So, when it came time to sell our home to move out of state, there was no question the A-Team would be the best fit. They recommended vendors for us to refresh our home before we put it on the market. They monitored the vendors and kept us updated on the progress and stuck to the schedule we wanted. They advised us about shifting market conditions, and we took their advice in adjusting the listing to make our home more enticing to buyers. I have to start this review by saying it has taken me months to write this solely because I just couldn't find the words to match the level of quality, care and love provided by Anna and Amjad. Being first time home buyers was the most daunting thought for my partner and I, and honestly something we genuinely thought would not be a reality for another decade, let alone ever in Los Angeles where prices are constantly rising. After receiving a glowing referral for Anna and Amjad from a friend (whose house I adore), I took the chance at reaching out to Anna who has to be the most by the book "on top of it" person i've ever met in my life. Our first meeting over zoom, she spent 3 hours on the phone with us -- taking us step by step through every part of the home buying process, asking us about ourselves and answering every question humanly possible. She did this not knowing if we were even completely serious yet about moving forward, which was the first time of many where I saw her love of real estate in action. Anna and Amjad have a true passion for what they do, and they are extremely generous with their time. Now for the action items that you want to hear if you've made it this far in the review... Anna and Amjad successfully helped us find a home that we LOVE that met all of our requirements and MORE that we could afford in Los Angeles. Our FIRST offer was ACCEPTED. They negotiated the seller to pay ALL of our closing costs after inspection (25K!!!), that's how good they are. I can't fit everything I want to say in this word limit. CALL THEM.

This is my second time working with Anna and Amjad, and the fact that it's my second time should explain it all! In my first purchase, Anna was such a bulldog in getting what we needed, when we needed it, and at the right costs. She advocated so hard for us while maintaining and building relationships with the other parties. They are thorough and detail-oriented, on time and consistent, and very professional, but yet very personal. This time around was no different. She was honest with me about my expectations but helped me find a home within my means that checked the important boxes. Most importantly Anna listened to my needs and didn't push me into something that wasn't right. She and Amjad were so kind and helpful through the process and even helped entertain my children during the many showings we went to! Once we closed they even got my sons little welcome home presents of their own! They truly think about all the little details to make their clients feel special.
