If only all people were as good at their job as Anna is at hers. Put simply, Anna is the best real estate agent you could ask for. Due to crazy circumstances, we ended buying and selling our home within 6 months, and Anna expertly guided us through every stage of both transactions. She knows the LA market better than anyone, is willing to answer all of your questions day or night, offers extremely sound advice, and will expertly negotiate to get you the best deal possible. We know beyond a doubt that neither of our transactions would have gone as smoothly or been as worthwhile were it not for Anna. At the end of it all, we were so happy to have met Anna and feel we gained a great Real Estate agent and a friend.

From the beginning, Anna worked with us to make the purchase of our first home a success. We visited numerous properties before we found the one. Once we located the property, Anna helped us successfully navigate a “multiple offers” situation. She had suggestions, tips, ideas that were creative and more importantly effective in securing the home for a fair price. After inspections, we wound up getting about $7k off the purchase price. We really felt like we got it under it’s true market value. Quite frankly we watched her out maneuver all of the other agents involved in the transaction. She was smarter, faster, and solution-oriented. Rather than call us with bad news, she would work to solve the issue and then inform us of what transpired. The sense of pride we felt when the house closed and Anna brought us the keys was bigger than what I originally anticipated. We loved that home and we felt grateful that Anna had truly done everything possible to make that dream a reality.

It seemed like we had just taken down the “sold” sign on our home when we got the news that we would be moving out of state. The first thing we did was call Anna. How could we take this job in another state if we couldn’t turn around and sell the home we just bought? We didn’t want to lose money on the sale, but we weren’t sure it was possible to turn a profit on a home we had so recently bought. When we called Anna and told her all of this, she took the matter very seriously. She came to our home and gave us a presentation on how she would be able to sell our home for more than we bought it for with enough left over to be able put some money back in our pocket. This was possible because she had helped us buy it for so low initially and because she would launch a marketing campaign to attract attention to our property. We had complete trust in Anna because we had seen her deliver before. From that point on things happened like clockwork. Our house went on the market, less than a week later we had our open house, a few days after that we had multiple offers on our home, and in less than 30 days we had sold our home. Just as before, Anna was the top negotiator for the job. She locked down a price above asking, made the transaction sail to the finish line, and kept us in the loop at all times.

Whether you’re buying or selling a home you will want someone to communicate with you regularly, help you when things get challenging, and be willing to jump on the phone, walk the property, and be there for whatever comes up. With Anna you will get all of that and more. Her negotiation skills are sharper, she is more tenacious, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Simply put I wouldn’t want to be on the other side of the negotiating table from Anna, but having her on your side ensures success. Anna went way above & beyond for us. Our sale wasn't the easiest and had some complications, but I was never worried.
