I can't say enough positive things about Anna and her expertise. Anna was the utmost professional. It was my first time buying in LA and she made the entire process seamless.

During the initial search phase, she helped me narrow down numerous options and areas for me that met my criteria. She then went and video taped and took lots of photos, and added commentary and insight into each property. During the closing phase this was where her expertise and thoroughness really shone through. She was extremely thorough, helping me spot things I didn't notice at closing and picking up on things that were supposed to be fixed but weren't. Anna Lancaster is an excellent real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable about the buying/selling process. She has excellent contacts in terms of appraisals, inspections, and any other work the home may need post-purchase.

Most importantly, to me anyway, is that she listens well. My husband and I gave her a list of features we wanted in a home on Day 1, including price range. Thereafter, we only saw homes with those features, and they were excellently selected. As a couple with little time to waste touring homes that did not meet our needs, that trait proved invaluable. We also love how down-to-earth she is. In fact, she has remained a close friend well after the buying process.

Anna helped my husband and I get our first home! It was a lengthy process and escrow ended up being about 3 months long. Anna never gave up for a moment. Even when we started feeling doubtful, she remained optimistic and pushed harder. We had to go through 3 banks to finally get a loan and she was on the phone every minute pushing to get the paperwork filed fast. She was a fantastic liaison between everyone. We would NOT have gotten this house if it wasn't for Anna. I am so thankful we had her. Anna was recommended to us by a friend who she had helped find his home a year earlier in Pasadena. We were looking in the San Gabriel Valley and the San Fernando Valley and had budget limitations. Anna was sensitive to our budget and worked with our geographic variety as well as being open to showing us any house we requested, as well as making recommendations of her own.
