Anna Lancaster is an excellent real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable about the buying/selling process. She has excellent contacts in terms of appraisals, inspections, and any other work the home may need post-purchase. Most importantly, to me anyway, is that she listens well. My husband and I gave her a list of features we wanted in a home on Day 1, including price range. Thereafter, we only saw homes with those features, and they were excellently selected. As a couple with little time to waste touring homes that did not meet our needs, that trait proved invaluable. We also love how down-to-earth she is. In fact, she has remained a close friend well after the buying process.

Anna went way above & beyond for us. Our sale wasn't the easiest and had some complications, but I was never worried.
